Grazing Tables

Grazing table investments start at $15 per person and can go up to $25 per person, depending on the selected ingredients and type of spread. A minimum of 15 people is required for these options. We will suggest a suitable size table or island for your spread to best accommodate your needs.

For a more affordable alternative, we offer a flatlay spread that is constructed on butcher paper and is completely disposable. Our elevated grazing tables feature raised boards along with a variety of other elements to enhance the presentation. Allergy-friendly options can be made available to accommodate various dietary needs.

  • The setup process for grazing tables generally requires approximately 1.5 hours, although this may vary depending on the arrangement's size and complexity. Typically, setup occurs on-site and can take anywhere from 45 minutes to a few hours. For smaller orders, we recommend allocating about one hour for setup. If you need a specific timeframe tailored to your order, please contact our team. We ensure that the table is arranged and ready 30 minutes prior to your event start time for peak freshness, preserving the quality of the ingredients.

  • We will include all dip spreaders, cheese knives, bamboo tongs, skewers, 4-inch bamboo plates, and branded napkins in your order. Substitutions can be made but must be arranged in advance to ensure availability. Please contact us to discuss any specific requests or changes you would like to make to your selection.

  • You can use your own boards and risers, but an additional design fee may apply as they need to be coordinated in advance to ensure the display is spectacular.

  • Service during your event and post-event breakdown can be provided for an additional fee. In lieu of that, we can arrange pickup for the boards, bowls, and risers used for the week following your event. Please let us know your preference so we can ensure a smooth conclusion to your occasion.
